A quote request may include your name, telephone number, email address, postcode or area, job details and preferred timing. Messages sent through Instagram or email may also be kept. The website host and third-party services may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser, device and security logs.
Please do not send sensitive information in the quote form.
Why it is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and provide services, keep necessary business records, secure the website and prevent misuse.
The usual lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, and legal obligations where records must be retained.
Who receives it
Information may be processed by the website host, FormSubmit for routing quote forms, and Microsoft Outlook for email delivery. Instagram is a Meta service and processes information under its own terms when you use it or load its content. Information may also be shared with advisers or authorities where required by law.
Personal information is not sold.
Instagram and cookies
Loading an Instagram embed can allow Meta to receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser. This site does not currently use a separate analytics or advertising tracker.
How long it is kept
General enquiries and unsuccessful quote requests are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last contact. Customer, job, payment and invoice records may be kept longer where needed for tax, accounting, legal or dispute purposes. Information is deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably needed.
Your rights
